Writing this after 2 Years of continuous services done from here , Service is fine , Warranty claims are easy , Staff is supportive . Only problem is Unorganised Bookings You'll have to wait in the longest queue possible even for smallest of issues. Just too many vehicles showing up . Forget you'll get express service which is venture by HERO . Positive side is their Workshop Manager Rakesh Ji is Really helpful and always keen to solving problems .

It was overall a very nice experience here.. and I really enjoyed the service.. but the one thing I'll mention here that they don't even ask you for a glass of water.. and there was a guy in the basement who was a service person may be.. he was beheaving very arrogant like he is gifting me this bike.. his attitude was very bad.. this is the only reason which forced me to give 4 star..
