The service center owner personally came and spoke with me and his behavior was average, provided good customer service, tried to reduce my waiting time for the bike servicing, and also made efforts to resolve the issues promptly. But wrong / extra service charges were applied in the invoice. Even though my bike has a JoyRide card, they still charged additional labour and other application charges of around ₹100–150.

Good But time taking process for sensor, number plate and all. It's not okay to come every hour and check if everything is available or no.
