हीरो सर्विस सेंटर पर मेरी गाड़ी का काम बहुत अच्छे से हुआ। मेरी समस्या को उन्होंने अच्छी तरह से समझ के गाड़ी को ठीक कर समय पर मुझे वापिस की। पार्ट बदलने के पहले उसकी जानकारी फोन कर मुझे दी तथा मेरे कन्फर्म करने के बाद ही पार्ट को बदला गया। सर्विस चार्ज की जानकारी भी पहले ही दे दी गई और किसी तरह का कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क भी नहीं वसूला।
हीरो सर्विस सेंटर के इंचार्ज भूपेन्द्र जी और उनका पूरा स्टाफ ग्राहक को बहुत ही अच्छी तरह से संतुष्ट कर गाड़ी की डिलीवरी करते हैं साथ ही फीडबैक के माध्यम से यह सुनिश्चित भी करते है की गाड़ी में कोई समस्या शेष तो नहीं है।
