They will not maintain spares for a new vehicle, ask 2-3 times visit for # plate, accessories and we need to follow up.
Wait 30mins / 2 hrs again next day visit.
Employees follow their leasure timing than attending customers. They will not have any vehiclea to attend, ask us to wait and do mobile usage and chat with colleagues
We need bike so we are reaching, they have their own waitlist to attend.
They will serve in their own protocol, but we need to wait atlast and dedicate time
