I had an incredible experience at New Hyderya Hero! Their service and repair team truly set the bar high. I brought in my Hero Xpulse for some maintenance and a wash, and I was blown away by the professionalism and dedication of the staff.
What stood out the most was their ability to work in subzero temperatures with the same level of efficiency and care. Washing my Hero Xpulse in such extreme conditions was no easy task, but the team handled it with absolute perfection. The bike came out looking as good as new, and every repair was completed flawlessly.
The customer service here is unmatched, and I want to specially commend Mr. Bashir Ahmad Dar for his exceptional leadership and focus on customer satisfaction.
