⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had an outstanding experience at Hero Premia Service – Bharat Auto Hub. I visited them with an urgent issue on my Hero XPulse 210. The carrier mounting bolt was stripped, and after receiving no practical support from another authorized service center, I came to Bharat Auto Hub hoping for a solution. The difference in customer service was remarkable. As soon as I arrived, the staff proactively approached me, understood the issue, and immediately started working on a solution without even asking whether I had an appointment. Since the bolt required specialized removal, one of their team members personally accompanied me to a welder and stayed with me throughout the entire process, which took more than two hours. To my surprise, even the service manager came personally to check on the progress and ensure everything was being handled properly. This level of dedication, ownership, and customer care is extremely rare these days. The team was professional, supportive, and genuinely focused on solving my problem rather than giving excuses. I am very satisfied with my XPulse 210, and after this experience, I have decided to get all my future servicing done only at Hero Premia Service – Bharat Auto Hub. A big thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to help a customer. This is exactly how a premium service experience should be.
