Sales and service good

One of the better service centers I’ve visited. They focus on actual work rather than just billing. Proper inspection, clear explanation, and no unnecessary repairs. The difference after servicing was noticeable. Engine is smoother, vibrations reduced, and overall ride quality improved. They also completed the work within the promised time. Staff is polite and answers all questions patiently. Charges are reasonable and transparent. If you’re tired of poor service experiences, this place is worth trying.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding experience I had at your showroom, specifically thanks to the exceptional support provided by your Store Manager, **Diksha**. I was particularly impressed by: * **Promptness:** Every query I had was addressed almost instantly. There was no "waiting around," which I truly appreciated. * **Swift Service:** The documentation and delivery process were handled with impressive speed and efficiency. * **Consistent Support:** Diksha guided me through every stage of the purchase, ensuring I felt confident and well-informed about my choice. It is rare to find such a high level of dedication and customer-centricity. Diksha is a fantastic asset to your team, and her efforts have certainly earned you a loyal customer. Please extend my thanks to her for going above and beyond. Best regards, Anant Pandey
