I had a really wonderful experience purchasing my bike through Amazon during the Great Indian Sale. Divya Mam and Vishal were extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the entire process. They helped me with everything, including registration, insurance, accessories, and even resolving a few issues related to delivery. What I appreciated most was their transparency and willingness to guide me at every step. They stayed in touch and supported me until I received my bike and even got my number plate. It's rare to find people who are so helpful, patient, and committed to making the customer experience smooth. A big thank you to Divya Mam and Vishal for their excellent support. I'm genuinely happy with my purchase and the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Great hero showroom I have taken hero Xoom 125

Great hero showroom

Good hero service

Though the compound itself is nothing to boast of as the road to the service centre is non existent and very rough with sharp stones. It makes for a very busy and unpleasant first impression. I wish the govt laid a road in this area since multiple big brands like Maruti, Royal Enfield, Force and Hero have their service centres here. The service though at this service centre for my Harley Davidson x440 has been very satisfactory. This is my third time giving my bike for servicing here. The cost has been decent though I wish it were cheaper. My bike felt significantly better-off each time I took it to this service centre. The supporting staff is also quite pleasant and speak gently with a smile on their faces.
