Visited Diya Mobikes - Hero MotoCorp. Special thanks to the service supervisor, Mr. Visakh M.P., for his outstanding customer service. He listened carefully to our concerns, understood the complaints properly, took immediate action, and provided effective solutions. His polite and professional approach made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. The customer waiting lounge is also very good. It is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a pleasant ambiance that makes the waiting time easier. The lounge feels thoughtfully designed and customer-friendly. The service area is spacious and well organized. It appears to have around 15 or more vehicle service ramps, which makes it possible to service and repair multiple vehicles at the same time. This clearly shows that the center is well equipped to handle a large number of vehicles efficiently. Diya Mobikes - Hero MotoCorp stands out for its good customer handling, comfortable lounge, and efficient service setup.

Bought Harley x440t. The biggest plus point is delivery was within 4 working days. Unlike RE which is few months. Bike is superb and without any flaw (till now). Even the first service went very smooth. The mechanic knows the basic and polite. My only gripe is that I got the free helmet from Hero not from Harley. For Harley helmet I was asked to pay 2000 rs.
