very pathetic service,I am forced to write this complaint because of the service provided by this showroom ,I buy vida vx2 pro in venad premia trivandrum showroom on August 2025.i faced difficulty in fast charging most of the time that was not working or shows forced stop then in november last week I try to charge my scooter in a ether grid the charging port not connecting the i reached the showroom they said there is a problem with the charging port and they will arrange a new port and inform me when it's available and change the charging port.every week I am calling those guys to update me to resolve my issue but they didn't do anything about it,last week I got an update they tell me that they sent an escalating mail to the company and didn't get the spare part.now it's 2 months i am waiting to solve the issue.

Excellent experience at this bike showroom. The display area is clean and well-organized, with all models properly showcased. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain features, mileage, and service details clearly. Test ride process was smooth, and pricing was transparent with no hidden surprises. Overall, a trustworthy showroom with professional service. Highly recommended for anyone planning to buy a bike. Two staff were especially supportive, polite, and well-informed. Overall service was smooth.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hero bike showroom. The showroom was well-maintained, spacious and neatly organized, which made it easy to explore the various models. The staff were professional, polite and supportive throughout my visit especially Aswathy and Anjali. They patiently explained all the features, discussed finance options and guided me in choosing the right bike. Their friendly nature and respectful behaviour made the process smooth and comfortable.
