Took the delivery of Xtreme 125r on October 1. Sales team was great. Jyothi was very helpful and handled everything smoothly and flawless. On October 9, took the bike for first service. Everything was great. And left my bike at the showroom by 9.50 am. Went to somewhere else. Then I got a message stating that the service is over and the bike is ready for Pickup. I went to the showroom and paid the bill and acquired the gate pass. After showing the gate pass to the security, Nagabushan, one who created my bike's job card, took the bike for washing. Then I had to wait 1 more hour there to get the bike. Please update everything correctly on the app or your platform. I got a message by 11.45 am that my bike is ready but got my bike by 12.50. Needs improvement in service.
