I recently had my Harley Davidson X440 serviced for the first time at a Hero Motocorp Century Bikes service center. For those considering their initial service for x440, I'd like to share my experience to ensure a smooth process. 1. While I initially believed booking through the application was the sole option, it is okay to visit the showroom / service center directly for service.(Try to visit early , probably before 10am) 2. Upon arrival the security staff, will assign a number to your motorcycle and direct you to the service area. You will then position your motorcycle and await your designated turn. 3. When your turn arrives, a Hero staff member will photograph your vehicle's registration number and verify it against their dedicated database. Subsequently, a Job Card (JC) will be created for your vehicle, and you will receive a document that highlights the total payable amount and an estimated completion time. 4. Following this, you may leave your vehicle with the keys and return at the specified time. Once your vehicle is ready, you will be provided with a document (to be submitted at their desk) and then remit the payment. 5. You can then enjoy your ride, experiencing a performance comparable to a new vehicle. In conclusion, I found the service provided to be excellent. After the first service, my motorcycle operated exceptionally smoothly. The service center also recommended a 3M coating (for an additional 500), which enhanced the motorcycle's aesthetic appeal, drawing considerable attention during my ride. This reflects positively on Hero's service quality. Additionally, hero staff is really Friendly and attentive. Note : if you pay for coating, you will be given an seperate invoice(hard copy) and the service invoice will be provided through your HD - connect application(virtually)
