I had given my Hero Vida vehicle for service on 25/08/2025 at the Premia Service Centre, Singasandra. Unfortunately, the service was delayed, and I could only get back my vehicle on 01/09/2025.
That said, I am satisfied with the quality of work done. All the issues were properly resolved by Uday, who ensured that the vehicle was handed back in good condition.
When I inquired about the reason for the delay, I was informed that there is only one ramp available for EV servicing, which causes significant waiting time.
I sincerely request Hero Premia to increase the number of EV service ramps at the centre so that customers don’t have to face such long delays in the future.

My scooty needs a software update and general service and also I mistakenly skipped my 1st service. The service executive Uday was very helpful. He responded very quickly qnd helped me out in software update. Also, did a general service so 2nd service didn't get lapsed. He is too kind and extend the helping hand in fixing the issue.

I given my VIDA scooter for service. It is having multiple problems like more noise and vibration from rear wheel and charging issue. I given in other service centres also they are not resolved the issues properly, then I got to know about this and given. Uday done service very good and also he solved all the issue and he is friendly and having good knowledge on VIDA. Thank you Uday .
