I had a fantastic experience with Max Motors Rajajinagar when I recently purchased an electric scooter. From the initial enquiry to the final delivery, everything was handled with great professionalism and care.
The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They patiently explained all the features, variants, and offers available for electric scooters. I really appreciated how transparent they were with the pricing and documents. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
One of the highlights of my experience was the timely delivery. They had promised a specific date for delivery and lived up to their word without any delays. The scooter was perfectly ready, charged, and spotlessly clean on the day of delivery. They even provided a small demonstration on how to operate and maintain it, which was very helpful.
All paperwork was handled efficiently, and the RTO process was also streamlined. I didn’t have to follow up multiple times, which is rare these days.

Hi, i was not going to any authorised (hero service center) i had very bad experience in service center,
(MR. Lokesh) service Mechanic he took time Approx 2.5 HRS , But result of the( xpulse Rally edtion bike was ❤️ )
Next time if he is there only i will get serviced done....

Very good buying experience. The staff was hospitable. You have to wait a bit. Otherwise it's a decent place to buy your Hero two wheelers. Service is fair enough. Not too good and not very bad. It's on the mid side.
