ND Motors - Hero MotoCorp

ND Motors, Chandrapur is a hero two wheeler showroom situated in Bapat nagar. I had never been here before as I had purchased my Hero maestro edge from Ganesh motors Bhadrawati. 24000 kms driven in 8 years. It had developed oil burn issues. I had to top up engine oil every 100-150 kms. I was not happy to get this done locally as my past experiences were not up to the mark. So, I went to ND motors. Nice showroom with a lot of space and everything neat and clean in the sales section. But, unfortunately things were not right at the service area. The technicians, supervisors, staff all were very good. The work I got done here was very satisfying. Got the block and piston replaced and also some work with the drive train. The vehicle is running very smoothly and I am really happy. My technician's name was Manoj, who was very experienced. He delivered the vehicle the same day. Highly recommended for engine work. Now, What I didn't like... The service area does not have proper fans. And all technicians were literally sweating while working. Ventilation issues. The customer lounge had a small wall fan which was not at all enough for all the clints waiting there. Even after repeated requests they did not switch on the AC. Water cans were arranged outside in the sun with no glass. Itne bade showroom se pata nahin kaun glass leke bhaag jayega. The old security personnel gave me a empty plastic bottle to drink. I think it should be more well maintained as this are what makes our experience good or bad. The bosses should pay more attention on these things. Just sticking posters about best technician of the month does not make them happy. An humble request to hero and ND to make the service area more comfortable for them and us.
