I want to express my sincere appreciation to the Hero team for their exceptional support during my recent journey from Trivandrum to Chennai. I was stranded on the Madurai highway with my XPulse 200 due to a worn-out clutch plate and reached out to the nearest Hero showroom in Mellur. Even though they don’t usually handle 200cc models, the team stepped up without hesitation. A special thanks to Manager Satish and the other showroom manager (whose name I unfortunately couldn’t get). Both of them went above and beyond to help me. They arranged their vehicle, picked up both me and my bike, and transported us to their Madurai City showroom that handles premium models. Despite their busy schedule, they prioritized my bike and ensured the issue was resolved quickly. The technicians diagnosed the problem immediately and did an excellent job with the service. Their professionalism, genuine concern, and quick action turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Huge thanks to Manager Satish, the other manager, and the entire team — truly outstanding service! I highly recommend them to any Hero owner passing through Madurai.
