Yesterday I got the first service of my Hero Zoom 125cc done from this place. After seeing the Google review, I had many questions in my mind whether it would be better to get the service done from here or later.I will be disappointed but I am very happy because the first service of my scooter was very good. Here I met an employee named Mr. Goldie who understood my words very well and gave me a few details about the meter in the scooter.And finally whatever problems were related to the meter wereIt has been cleared. Mr. Goldie ji's behavior towards the customers is very good.
I have been facing some major issues with my new Hero Xtreme 125R, which often left me frustrated with repeated complaints. However, I really appreciate the way the service center—especially Mr. Lokender—handled my concerns.
Every time I visited, Lokender ji patiently listened to the problems, calmly explained the solutions, and ensured the issues were fixed in depth. His supportive attitude and dedication made the overall experience much better.
While I hope Hero improves the product experience, I must say the service support and Lokender ji’s efforts have been excellent. Overall, my experience with him and the Hero service team has been good.
My Honest Review – Hero Service Center, Karol Bagh
Today I visited the Hero Service Center in Karol Bagh for my bike servicing. While the staff behaviour was polite and professional, the overall experience left me disappointed.
Firstly, while preparing the bill, they didn’t inform me about what items were added or what parts were replaced. They just handed over the bill without explaining anything. As a customer, I feel it’s important to know what’s being done to my vehicle.
Secondly, when I got my bike back after the service, it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was still visible dust on the body, and the polish wasn’t done well – just a light wipe. I had to clean the bike myself afterward to make it look presentable.
What’s worse, I noticed a few scratches on my bike which were not there before. Clearly, the vehicle was not handled with proper care during the service.
Also, after delivering the bike, no one even asked me how it was running or whether I faced any issues post-service. A simple follow-up or feedback check would’ve shown that they care about customer satisfaction – but that didn’t happen.
We pay a good amount for bike servicing, not just for internal fixes, but for complete attention and care. Scratches, poor cleaning, and lack of communication are not acceptable.
I sincerely hope the service team becomes more responsible in the future. I would also suggest other customers to carefully inspect their bikes and ask for full details before accepting delivery.
