Good workers

On 19th January, I visited LRN service showroom for my bike service, mainly due to my earlier positive experience with a senior mechanic who was shifted there from MSL Motors. Unfortunately, he was not available that day, and the vehicle was attended by a different technician. From the beginning, I informed the team that the issue was related to the one‑way clutch, but this was not accepted initially, and multiple checks were done assuming a different cause. Later, the team confirmed that it was a one‑way clutch issue, as I had mentioned. Due to the delay in correct diagnosis and the non‑availability of required spare parts, I had to arrange parts externally from a Hero OEM shop. During this process, a complete set was suggested, which resulted in extra expense, even though only limited parts were required. This experience caused unnecessary delay, confusion, and frustration, which is not expected from an authorized service center. After posting this above review :- I received a call from the showroom manager (Manikandan), who patiently discussed my concerns and provided a clear and satisfactory explanation. I appreciate his professionalism and the efforts taken to resolve the issue. I am satisfied with the resolution provided by the management and hope the technical team coordination and spare availability will improve further to avoid such situations for customers in future.
