I’m not sure if you can purchase a bike here, but for service, Phoenix Motors Private Limited is one of the best places in Hyderabad. The staff are very humble and professional — they never misbehave and always treat customers politely. The service is delivered on time and in the best possible manner. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy bike service.

I want to thank Phoenix Motors Madhapur for being the only dealer who gave me a clear answer regarding the Splendor+ XTEC Disc variant. After weeks of struggle, they were the only ones who spoke transparently and even followed up when I missed a call from them.
My experience with other dealers in Hyderabad was very disappointing:
At Charitha Automobiles (Tilak Nagar), the staff rudely said Splendor has only one variant and ignored me.
At Sri Lakshmi Motors (Malakpet), the salesman was busy with 3,4, things at once and no geniune response only manipulate.
At Dealwel Automobiles (Nampally), there was no sales staff, an elderly lady who may be a receptionist, gave confusing response and didn’t want to talk about that model like she is not experienced.
At Venkateshwara Motors (Narayanguda), the showroom was almost empty with no bikes on display.
Even after contacting officials Hero Moto Corp through Twitter and email, I never got a proper solution from them.
But Phoenix Hero staff (special thanks to Sonu) treated me with respect, gave me a straight answer, and saved my time. They truly deserve 5⭐.
