Very Nice and Customer Centric Experience and Many Thanks to Sambha Sir and Abhi Sir for smooth delivery process and informing me as soon as vehicles had arrived from factory, as I had been waiting for almost 10 months for the given vehicle Then Sambha Sir had immediately video called me and shown the newly arrived lot of vehicles in the showroom which was really a great experience and then asked me when would it be possible for me to come and buy the vehicle as I was coming from another town(I bought the vehicle few days after that) Then as I had came from another town I was'nt aware of the place where I could buy garland and sweets for vehicle, the financer philip sir helped me with the same and took me to sweets shop and garland shop on his own vehicle Plus the folks doing documentation process were very cooperative too and they immediately furnished me with my insurance and also sent me the pdf for the same too, also I wanted to enquire about special choice numbers for my vehicle so they also shown me the numbers available and cost for the given numbers with proper explaination 10 out of 10!🙌🏼 P.S: Special Mention to Abhi Sir who especially took my continuous followup as I was on my way to the Ahilyanagar and started the process of documentation and registeration firsthand and kept me informing me about the requisite stuff as the vehicle I was buying was in shortage and other people were enquiring about the same too, and he assured me that not to worry about the process and that it will completed without any hassle The Only thing I think which could have been provided by showroom was hero branded helmet(As I had one but it did'nt have the hero's branding on the same and I had to carry my other helmet with me from my hometown) Thank You!
