Service very poor

I had gone there for getting appointment for HSRP. As I was told that I can get it done from showroom from where I brought 2 wheeler. The exicutive there not only helped with the 2 wheeler brought from them for for other 2 wheeler also which was not from their showroom. Thanks

Rep was demanded additional plate fitting charge,but as per govt rule,, fitting charge already included Over all ok

Is showroom me bike ki koi care nahi hoti, waha rakhi achhi achhi bike dhul khate dikhti hai. Aur maine yaha se Xtreme 160r kharidi jo colour mujhe chahiye tha wo pure nagpur me yahi pe available tha. Lekin pahle inhone bola ki new bike mil jayegi lekin jab lene gya tab inhone bola ki abhi hamre pas bas yahi ek bike Bachi jo shayad test drive wali hogi jo bhot purani bhi dekh rahi thi. Lekin mai krta kya mujhe jo colour pasand wo 1 hi pice tha to mujhe man maar ke Lena pada. Aur abhi 6 mahine bhi nahi hue aur bike ka age ke suspension aur piche ka to to kharab ho ho gya shayad jo bhot jhatke lagete h bike pe. Yaha finance me scam hota h to finance krne ke pahle thoda soch samjh le.jab bike liya tab 123000 ka amount finance hona tha jab document dekha to 132000 ka amount finance tha.
