Friendly service staff was kind and polite Recently came across the review in Google and it wasn't good but it doesnt matters in sales because jubliy took over the sales in the showroom so there is no issue with that. I am not sure for service.

I gave my Hero Maestro Edge for service. I got it back and the service seems to be good. Vehicle is in good condition, smooth riding. They have done the work responsibly although they took some time.

The best showroom for hero bikes and scooters in the Changanasherri-Thiruvalla region. Have a good collection of two wheelers and available for test drives. The customer service is also good. I literally salute the aftersales and services because we had an old Hero Honda Glamour bike which bought from a showroom in the Kottayam region which had some engine problem, like it will turn off while we ride the bike and most of the time in the middle of the traffic. We went to different services and mechanics but all went useless but waste of time and money. Then we heard about Prime Hero, Perumthuruthi and went there, they cleared the problem and still now our bike runs well. I recommend all Prime Motors for buying the two wheelers.
