Mrs. ANITHA who is the Sales Representative in Maha Motors is to be appreciated, because her mode of approach with politeness in explaining the features of the vehicle is really the “BEST” among other showrooms what I visited to buy the Hero Vehicle Model DESTINY. Actually I am from Ambattur where there are two showrooms for Hero Brand Two wheeler Vehicles nearer to my residence, but I felt a lot of differences in the behaviour of Sales Representatives-in those showrooms who didn’t show even a littlebit of interest in convincing the customer to sell the vehicles. In my observation, Mrs. ANITHA is the BEST SALES REPRESENTATIVE in this showroom whose intention is to satisfy the customer by her best convincing approach and she is very loyal to the Management. On the outset to say, Mrs . ANITHA is a Treasure to this Showroom and due to her sincere efforts, I feel that, the Sales of vehicles increases appreciably in this Showroom.
