It’s been two months since I took delivery of my Harley Davidson X440 from Mohana Motors, and I’m happy to share my experience that is marked by professionalism, clarity, and care.
From the moment I made my initial enquiry to the test ride, payment, delivery, and even after-sales service, the entire journey was impressively seamless. Every step was handled with precision and a customer-first approach.
A special word of appreciation to Mr. Arumainathan, whose patience and thorough knowledge ensured that all my questions were addressed promptly and clearly. His commitment made the delivery process effortless and enjoyable.
Like many others, I had initial concerns about the after-sales service, especially considering past reviews about Hero’s service. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The premium segment service has significantly evolved. I dropped my bike off for its first service in the morning and received it back the very same evening, fully serviced and spotless.
I’d also like to thank Mr. Meghanathan for the detailed demo and walkthrough during the bike handover. His guidance helped me better appreciate the features and handling of the bike.
And once again, heartfelt thanks to Mr. Arumainathan, who continues to extend his support even two months after delivery. His responsiveness and willingness to help with any queries make him a true asset to Hero Premia.

The shop is located in the Main road of Velachery. It has a parking area, service and showroom on 1 st floor.. Prices are high but brand is worth it.
It's a single building with floors - spacious and long place all queries and needs. They do service for all brands of Hero scooty and bikes. The waiting room is available with AC, Chairs and drinking water.

Had good experience with showroom staff and their hardwork.
I ordered this bike via Amazon app and chooses Mohana Motors as a seller.
I paid ex-showroom price over amazon and other cost like RTO, insurance, etc at the showroom.
I got the latest model of this bike by paying little extra around ₹1700 but it's worth to pay.
My experience from the day of ordering to pickup was good. Got my bike including numbers plate within 1.5 weeks.
No point of mentioning negetive comment because I've not face any problem.
I really thank to Ravi Chandran (executive staff) for providing me whatever I asked at any time.
Also thanks to the staff for doing correction in RC book for spelling mistake. It was very fast.
Overall this showroom deserves 5 star because of its staff and office facility.
If I plan to buy another bike then definitely I will choose this showroom again. Just because of it's good staff.
